By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure clarity and trust in all transactions involving Mistudio's original artwork.

Purchases

All paintings are one-of-a-kind and available in limited quantities. Once a painting is sold, it is no longer available for purchase.

Payment

Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Mistudio does not store or have access to your credit card information.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of original art, returns are not accepted. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Copyright

All artwork remains the intellectual property of Ella, the artist behind Mistudio. Purchasing a painting does not grant permission to reproduce or resell the image in any form.
