Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Each painting is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after purchase. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

We currently ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and are interested in purchasing a piece, please email ella@mistudio.io and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Packaging

Artwork is shipped unframed unless otherwise specified. Each piece is protected with acid-free materials and shipped in sturdy packaging.

Returns

All sales are final. Due to the unique nature of original artwork, Mistudio does not accept returns or exchanges.

If your painting arrives damaged in transit, please reach out within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to find a solution.
